Stan Schoch - Managing Partner

Stan has over forty years’ experience in software sales and sales management.  The last twenty years have been dedicated to the supply chain industry where he served as Vice President of Sales for Clear Orbit Software, TAKE Supply Chain Systems and RFgen Software.  His teams implemented hundreds of solutions for companies to help them solve complex supply chain challenges dealing with continual margin pressures, changing government regulations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.  

Stan began his career with the IBM Corporation after graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso and lives in Austin, Texas

Sudheer Reddy - VP Solutions Delivery

Sudheer has over twenty years of experience in Supply chain Industry.

He has extensive global experience working with multiple clients in the North America, EMEA, and APAC across different industry verticals (Hi-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Food & Beverages). Sudheer is a subject matter expert in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay Processes, and ERP systems (Oracle and SAP), and was critical in the development and enhancement of the ClearOrbit/TAKE data collection, print, and Collaboration solutions.

Dale Erker - Managing Partner

Dale’s career and experience spans multiple decades, beginning as a Manufacturing Engineer in process manufacturing. Then expanding into several global, executive sales and marketing leadership positions. These companies include IBM, Manugistics, Clear Orbit, LLamasoft, and SAP.  He has incredible experience in supply chain, and process improvement, with a keen eye for delivering measurable ROI and financial improvement.

Dale has an Industrial Engineering degree from Kansas State University and lives in Austin Texas.

Jon C. Hoffner - Advisory Executive

Jon has 20 years of experience in the Oracle Supply Chain and CRM software business, with a focus on professional services delivery for industrial manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceuticals, and food processing companies.

He has held management positions at ClearOrbit (Take Solutions), KPIT, Config Consultants (A5), Capgemini, and Inspirage. His roles in these organizations were a focus on service delivery and business development. Jon spent the first part of his career in a variety of functional and technical roles consulting with companies both internationally and in the domestic US.    

Jon earned his BA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.  Jon lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Jennifer.
